11th FASU Games: Ghana Athletes find comfort in Nigerian Food

“I have been eating eba all days. I don’t like rice honestly but eba is super with melon soup (egusi) and green leaves. That’s my best Nigeria foods. I am not a fan of amala but the eba you can give me in the morning, afternoon, and evening,” Coach Whyte told FASU Media.

One of his player who scored the second goal as they defeated University of Lagos Nigeria 3-0 in the final, Saani Hauzait Dan-Makeri echoed his coach choice of Nigerian delicacies.
