Organisation Structure

The General Assembly is the highest organ of FASU composed of Members of Executive Committee (have no voting right), Presidents of National Federation of University Sports or their representatives duly mandated and duly mandated representatives of countries with no National Federations of University Sports.

FASU History

The vision of forming FASU can be traced as far back as 1951 when two West African Universities namely University of Ghana and the University of Ibadan, Nigeria in a quest to foster brotherhood and positive competition, started a bilateral annual sporting competition.
